Data we process

• Inquiry data: first name, last name, company, city, phone, email, selected services and message.
• Communication and CRM: team replies, inquiry status, assigned person, handling history and later project status.
• Technical data: basic security logs, access time, page path and user-agent where needed for security or consent-based analytics.
• Analytics after consent: page views, link or button clicks, click target, anonymous visitor/session ID and approximate country, region or city if provided by hosting infrastructure.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to inquiries and preparing an offer: pre-contractual steps.
• CRM, project management and communication records: legitimate interest in organized and secure business operations.
• Accounting or legal obligations where business cooperation starts.
• Click and page analytics: only based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Processors and transfers

To operate the platform we may use infrastructure, database, authentication, hosting, email and notification providers such as PostgreSQL/Prisma, Resend, Vercel or comparable hosting, and Telegram for notifications where connected. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate contractual bases or safeguards under GDPR.

Retention

• Inquiries and CRM records are kept until handling is complete and generally no longer than 24 months, unless a project or legal retention duty applies.
• Project and contract documentation is kept according to contractual, accounting and legal retention periods.
• Analytics events are generally kept for no longer than 14 months or until deletion or system change.
• Analytics consent is stored in the browser until you change it or clear browser data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where processing was based on consent. Send requests to info@craftori.eu. If you believe processing is not compliant, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
